摘要
为厘清非洲科技国际合作的进展与发展趋势,拓展非洲科技国际合作空间,文章基于CNKI和Web of Science数据库中的相关文献数据,利用CiteSpace软件对学者和研究机构的合作网络、研究热点等进行可视化分析。研究发现:(1)学者间和研究机构间的合作比较松散,空间上分布不平衡,研究热点从技术获取逐渐转向合作创新、自主创新;(2)非洲科技国际合作重点领域包括产能、医疗卫生和农业等领域,合作模式主要有“一带一路”科技合作、南南科技合作和三方科技合作三类;(3)非洲科技国际合作趋势体现为“一带一路”科技合作蓬勃发展、产能科技合作持续优化、绿色发展科技合作不断推进以及第四次工业革命科技合作新阶段逐步展开等。
To clarify the progress and development trends of international cooperation in science and technology in Africa and to expand the space for such cooperation,this paper employs CiteSpace for a visual analysis of the collaboration networks among scholars and research institutions,as well as research hotspots based on relevant literature data from the CNKI and Web of Science databases.The findings are as follows:(1)collaboration among scholars and research institutions is relatively loose and unevenly distributed spatially,with research hotspots gradually shifting from technology acquisition to collaborative innovation and independent innovation;(2)key areas of international cooperation in science and technology in Africa include capacity building,healthcare,and agriculture,with three main collaboration models:the“Belt and Road”,the South-South,and the trilateral cooperation;(3)the trends in international cooperation in science and technology in Africa are characterized by the vigorous development of the“Belt and Road”science and technology cooperation,ongoing optimization of capacity building cooperation,continuous advancement of green development cooperation,and a gradual unfolding of a new phase in science and technology cooperation related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
