由外而内:秦汉、孙吴时期新安江流域的政区演变与地域开发

摘要 中国东南地区虽多为山地、丘陵地形,但气候条件、生物资源较好,很早便出现人类生产、生活等活动。秦汉至三国时期,中央王朝的政区设置既是推动其地域开发的重要初始力量,也是衡量其开发进程和水平的重要标准。在山地广布的新安江流域,秦至东汉中后期是其地域开发逐步开展的初始阶段,东汉末年至孙吴时期是其政区体系基本完善、社会经济发展颇具规模的阶段。秦汉及孙吴政权的行政区划设置以及演变、山越势力的兴衰则是这一过程的重要表征和表现,也展现了王朝疆域“由外而内”的动态变化过程。 Although the southeastern region of China is mostly mountainous and hilly,the climate conditions are quite good and biological resources are fairly abundant,and human production and living activities have appeared very early.From the Qin and Han dynasties to the Three Kingdoms period,the political division setting of the central dynasty was not only an important initial force to promote regional development,but also an indispensible criterion to measure the development process and level.The Qin dynasty to the middle and late Eastern Han dynasty was the initial stage for the gradual regional development of the mountainous Xin’an River basin,and the late Eastern Han dynasty to the Sun Wu period was the stage when its political division system was basically complete and the social and economic progress was quite significant.The administrative division setting and evolution of the Qin,Han and Sun Wu regimes,the rise and fall of the Shanyue forces typically represent this process,which,at the same time,unfold the dynamic process of the dynasty’s territory“from the outside to the inside”.
