In the process of film performance, narrative has always been its core content.A large part of the success of YOLO at the box office comes from the success of its film narrative.Compared with other films, the film YOLO presents different narrative characteristics in each part of the film, mainly in the opening of the film's daily and poetic narration, the main body of the film's perspective transformation and time reconstruction narrative, and the film's epilogue of“establishing internal and external relations”narrative, showing Jia Ling's unique directing style. It is a narrative style with comedy color that shows little People's Daily life.
