摘要
本研究旨在研究低温制粒的发酵饲料颗粒料对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、肌肉品质及肠道菌群α多样性的影响。选用1日龄白羽肉鸡144只,随机均分为对照组、10%发酵料组和20%发酵料组,分别饲喂在玉米豆粕型干颗粒饲料基础饲料中添加0、10%、20%发酵饲料的颗粒料。结果显示,10%添加剂量对料肉比及胸大肌氨基酸含量无影响,但可提高胸大肌的弹性和内聚性,提高肠道菌群Shannon指数(P<0.05);20%添加剂量显著提高肉鸡平均日采食量及血清过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05)。综上,发酵饲料颗粒料可以改善肉鸡的肌肉品质,建议添加比例为10%。
The study was to investigate the effects of low-temperature granulated fermented feed on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,muscle quality andαdiversity of intestinal flora in broilers.One hundred and forty-four one-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into control group,10%fermented feed group and 20%fermented feed group,which were fed diets with 0,10%and 20%granulated fermented feed added to the corn-soybean meal dry granulated basal feed,respectively.The results showed that 10%supplement dosage did not affect the feed to meat ratio and muscle amino acid content of broilers,but im-proved the elasticity and cohesiveness of ectopectoralis,and increased the Shannon index of intestinal flora(P<0.05);20%supplement dosage significantly increased the average daily food intake and activities of ser-um catalase and glutathione peroxidase(P<0.05).Above all,the granulated fermented feed could improve the muscle quality of broilers and the suggested supplemention dosage was 10%.
