摘要
采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱—质谱法测定土壤和沉积物中的1,3-丁二烯和1-溴丙烷,方法检出限分别为1.0μg/g和0.9μg/g,检出限能够满足生态环境标准的要求;1,3-丁二烯和1-溴丙烷的加标回收率范围分别为96.1%~110.0%和88.0%~93.6%,相对标准偏差范围分别为6.4%~8.6%和6.2%~7.2%。该方法前处理简单易行,回收率好,可以实现一次进样,同时分析土壤和沉积物中多种挥发性有机物,提高了工作效率。该方法可以为《新污染物治理行动方案》提供分析方法参考和技术支撑。
The detection limits of 1,3-butadiene and 1-bromopropane in soil and sediment were 1.0μg/g and 0.9μg/g,respectively,using blow trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The detection limits can meet the requirements of ecological environmental standards;the recovery rates of 1,3-butadiene and 1-bromopropane were 96.1%to 110.0%and 88.0%to 93.6%,respectively,with relative standard deviations ranging from 6.4%to 8.6%and 6.2%to 7.2%.This method has simple and easy pre-treatment,good recovery rate,and can achieve a single injection while analyzing multiple volatile organic compounds in soil and sediment,improving work efficiency.This method can provide analytical reference and technical support for the Action Plan for New Pollutant Control.
