Research on the Development Trend of New Energy Vehicle Industry and the Transformation Strategies for Oil and Gas Enterprises

研判了我国新能源汽车发展现状及产业发展趋势,分析了新能源汽车产业发展对传统能源以及油气企业终端业务产生的影响,提出了油气企业转型发展策略,建议油气企业围绕多元补能,加快部署战略性新兴产业,向综合能源服务商转型;重塑终端服务业态模式,向综合能源服务站转变;丰富综合能源服务内涵,向智慧用能新场景转换;加强技术研发融合创新,通过优势互补协同布局新能源汽车补能设施建设,探索盈利模式,实现合作共赢。

This paper assesses the development status and industrial development trend of domestic new energy vehicles,analyzes the impact of the development of new energy vehicle industry on traditional energy and terminal business of oil and gas enterprises,and puts forward the transformation and development strategies of oil and gas enterprises.It is suggested that oil and gas enterprises should focus on multi-energy complementation,accelerate the deployment of strategic emerging industries,and transform into integrated energy service providers;reshape the terminal service business model and transform into an integrated energy service station;enrich the connotation of integrated energy service,and transform to a new scenario of intelligent energy use;strengthen the integration and innovation of technology research,promote the layout and construction of facilities for new energy vehicles through complementary advantages,explore profit models,and achieve win-win cooperation.
