摘要
介绍了炼厂火炬气来源及回收系统中存在的问题,围绕充分回收和合理利用火炬气,减少火炬气排放,使炼厂火炬气回收系统工艺流程运行更加优化合理开展对比分析。根据炼厂实际应用情况及相关经验提出了火炬气回收系统优化措施,通过实施高、低压分级控制法,增设瓦斯实时监控平台,优化装置开停工操作方案等,实现炼厂火炬气回收系统的优化运行。
This paper introduces the problems in the refinery flare gas source and recovery system,and carries out comparative analysis,focusing on the full recovery and rational use of flare gas,flare gas emission reduction,and making the process operation of the refinery flare gas recovery system more optimized and reasonable.According to the actual application and relevant experience of the refinery,the optimization measures of the flare gas recovery system are put forward.Through the implementation of high pressure and low pressure grading control method,adding the real-time gas monitoring system and optimizing unit start-stop operation to realize the optimization of the flare gas recovery system.
