摘要
针对中央企业基层人员岗位履职能力建设中面临的规模大、工学矛盾突出、专业多、经验传承断代等挑战,提出借助数字化技术,构建以“5644”框架为基础的基层人员数字化学习体系,从组织规划、学习设计、生态协同和要素建设等4条路径助力中央企业有效夯实“三基”工作,长效提升人才队伍整体素质。
In view of the challenges such as large scale,prominent contradiction between work and study,many majors,and inheritance of experience in the construction of the ability of junior staff in central enterprises to perform their duties,this paper proposes to use digital technology to build a digital learning system for grassroots staff based on the"5644"framework.From the four paths of organizational planning,learning design,ecological coordination and factor construction,the central enterprises can effectively consolidate the"Three Basics"work and improve the overall quality of the talent team in a long term.
