习近平经济思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系的重要组成部分。习近平总书记关于东北全面振兴全方位振兴的科学论述及对东北各省的考察讲话、指示批示精神,是其经济思想和具体实践的一大亮点。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记先后十次到东北考察,主持召开三次东北振兴座谈会并作重要讲话,三次亲临黑龙江考察调研作重要指示批示,极大丰富和发展了习近平经济思想:阐释了东北老工业基地振兴的新内涵和衡量指标,新时代东北振兴发展路径和科技创新动能,东北全面振兴实质是做强做大做优实体经济,东北振兴要着力建设现代化经济体系,提升产业链供应链价值链,东北全面振兴全方位振兴,能助力中国式现代化建设。

Xi Jinping’s economic thought is an important component of his ideological system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi Jinping’s scientifi c exposition on the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and the spirit of his inspection speeches and instructions to the three provinces in Northeast China are viewed a highlight of the economic thought and concrete practice.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the General Secretary has visited the Northeast ten times,presided over three Northeast revitalization symposiums and made important speeches,and visited Heilongjiang three times to make important instructions,which greatly enriches and developes his economic thought.The thought can explain the new connotation and measurement indicators of the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China,the development path of the revitalization of Northeast China in the new era and the driving force of scientifi c and technological innovation.The essence of the revitalization of Northeast China is to strengthen,expand and improve the real economy.The revitalization of Northeast China should focus on building a modern economic system and improving the industrial chain,the supply chain and the value chain.The overall revitalization of Northeast China will facilitate Chinese Modernization Construction.
