我国青少年冰雪运动校园教育的体制创新研究

Institutional Innovation in Ice and Snow Sports Education on Campus for Chinese Teenagers

2022年,北京冬奥会的成功举办为冰雪运动在我国的普及和发展提供了坚实基础,青少年是冰雪运动参与的主力军,深入研究冰雪运动校园教育具有重要的现实意义。运用文献资料法等研究方法,探究我国青少年冰雪运动校园教育的影响因素,阐述我国青少年冰雪运动校园教育的机制意义,从激发学生冰雪运动训练的热情、提升冰雪体育教师的自身专业素养动、采取科学系统的教学训练方式、丰富课堂内容并进行拓展训练四个方面提出我国青少年冰雪运动校园教育的实践意蕴,希望能对我国青少年冰雪运动校园教育的健康发展提供一些借鉴和帮助。

In 2022,the successful hosting of the Beijing Olympics provides a solid foundation for the popularization and development of ice and snow sports in our country.The youth is viewed the main force of ice and snow sports participation.It has important practical signifi cance to study ice and snow sports education on campus.By using the literature method and other research methods,this paper explores the infl uencing factors of ice and snow sports education on campus for Chinese teenagers,and expounds the mechanism signifi cance of campus education of ice and snow sports for Chinese teenagers.In the paper,the practical implications of ice and snow sports education on campus are proposed from four aspects:inspiring students’enthusiasm for ice and snow sports training,improving the professional quality of ice and snow sports teachers,adopting scientifi c and systematic teaching and training methods,enriching classroom content and conducting extended training.It is hopeful that the measures can provide some reference and help for the healthy development of ice and snow sports education on campus.
