32个粳稻品种(系)食味品质及相关性分析

摘要 为了筛选适合鲁南稻区种植的优质食味粳稻,以32个粳稻品种(系)为试验材料,仪器测定法测定大米和米饭的7个理化特性,对各指标进行评价和相关性分析。结果表明,32个粳稻品种(系)的大米食味值变异系数1.99%,米饭综合评分80分以上的有8个,其中盐粳334-6、武2401、泗260、徐33202、连粳6号、沪运粳4326适宜在鲁南稻区引种试种,或作为优质食味粳稻育种亲本材料使用。 In order to select high-quality and flavorful japonica rice suitable for planting in the southern Shandong rice region,32 varieties(lines)of japonica rice were used as experimental materials,and 7 physicochemical properties of rice and rice were measured using instrument measurement method.The evaluation and correlation analysis of each index were carried out.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of rice taste value for 32 japonica rice varieties(lines)was 1.99%,and there were 8 varieties with a comprehensive rice score above 80 points.Among them,Yangeng 334-6,Wu-2401,Si-260,Xu-33202,Liangeng-6 and Huyungeng-4326 were suitable for introduction and trial planting in the southern Shandong rice region,or as parents for high-quality taste japonica rice breeding.
