摘要
为筛选出适宜在陇东旱作区种植的胡麻种质,本研究对PL1071、PL1051、PL1015、PL1053、08008、同亚20号、内亚14号、固亚17号、坝亚20号和陇亚13号共10个胡麻种质的生产性能和营养性状进行研究。结果表明,供试胡麻种质的籽粒产量介于1.02×10^(3)~1.37×10^(3)kg/hm^(2)之间,其中PL1071的籽粒产量最高,其次为PL1051和PL1015,内亚14号的籽粒产量最低。此外,不同胡麻种质的营养性状差异明显,其含油率介于37.85%~43.25%之间,棕榈酸含量介于5.16%~6.59%之间;硬脂酸含量介于4.06%~6.80%之间;油酸含量介于23.30%~29.54%之间;亚油酸含量介于14.18%~16.27%之间;亚麻酸含量介于44.34%~50.19%之间。通过灰色关联度分析法对其生产性能和营养性状进行综合评价,发现胡麻新品系PL1071在陇东旱作区的籽粒产量高,营养性状好,适宜于陇东旱作区种植。本研究为培育适宜于陇东旱作区种植的胡麻新品种提供一定的参考。
In order to screen out suitable flax germplasm for cultivation in the dry farming area of Longdong,in this study,the production performance and nutritive values of 10 flax germplasm,including PL1071,PL1051,PL1015,PL1053,08008,Tongya20,Neiya14,Guya17,Baya20,and Longya13.The results showed that the grain yield of the tested flax germplasm ranged from 1.02×10^(3)~1.37×10^(3)kg/hm^(2),with PL1071 having the highest grain yield,followed by PL1051 and PL1015,and Neiya14 having the lowest grain yield.In addition,significant differences in the nutritive values of different flax germplasm were detected,with oil content ranging from 37.85%to 43.25%,palmitic acid content ranging from 5.16%to 6.59%,stearic acid content ranging from 4.06%to 6.80%,oleic acid content ranging from 23.30%to 29.54%,linoleic acid content ranging from 14.18%to 16.27%,and linolenic acid content ranging from 44.34%to 50.19%.Comprehensive evaluation of the production performance and nutritive values were conducted using grey correlation analysis method,it was found that the new flax line PL1071 had high grain yield and good nutritive traits in the dry farming area of Longdong,which was considered suitable for planting in this area.This study provides references for cultivating new varieties of flaxes suitable for cultivation in dry farming area of Longdong.
