鸢尾属植物组培快繁技术研究进展

摘要 鸢尾是重要的观赏花卉,可广泛种植于水域、旱地等多环境,有较高的经济价值、观赏价值和药用价值。鸢尾多以分株、播种的方式进行繁殖,繁殖效率低下。以组培的途径建立再生体系可快速扩大繁殖系数,也是适应市场发展需求的必然趋势。本研究从外植体类型的角度,系统总结对比鸢尾属植物组织培养中外植体的选择、消毒、愈伤组织及不定芽的诱导、增殖分化及生根培养中操作和激素配比的异同,分析鸢尾属植物在炼苗移栽以及组培中可能出现的问题等方面的解决措施,提出了鸢尾组培中现存问题,并对其应用前景进行展望,为鸢尾属植物组织培养、愈伤体系建立以及工厂化育苗等工作提供思路和帮助。 Iris is an important ornamental flower,which can be widely planted in water area,dry land and other environments,with high economic value,ornamental value and medicinal value.Iris mostly propagated by dividing plants and sowing seeds,which has low reproductive efficiency.The regeneration system established by in vitro propagation can rapidly expand the reproductive coefficient and provides an inevitable trend to meet the market development needs.In this study,the studies on the selection of explants,disinfection,induction of callus and adventitious buds,proliferation and differentiation,rooting culture were analyzed,and it's seedling transplanting and tissue culturing problems of Iris were systematically summarized.The existing problems in tissue culture of Iris were put forward,and the prospect of its application was prospected,so as to provide ideas and help for tissue culture,establishment of callus system and industrial seedling cultivation of Iris.
