摘要
本研究深入探讨了种业创新在技术与管理人才需求方面的动态,以袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司作为案例分析对象,评估其人才策略对推动行业创新的影响。本研究综述了相关文献,确立了技术和管理人才在推动农业科技创新中的核心地位。通过详细分析生物技术、信息技术、项目管理以及战略规划等关键领域内的人才需求,从而突出了专业技能与综合管理能力的重要性。研究进一步通过隆平高科的实践,探讨了吸引、培养、激励及保留人才的策略,并对其实施成效进行了评价。面对当前的挑战,本研究提出改进措施和优化建议,并展望了未来的研究方向,旨在为种业创新的人才管理提供了理论与实践的参考。
This study delves into the dynamics of seed industry innovation in terms of technology and management talent demand,using Yuan Long Ping High Tech Agriculture Co.,Ltd.as a case study object to evaluate the impact of its talent strategy on promoting industry innovation.This study reviewed relevant literature and established the core position of technical and management talents in promoting agricultural scientific and technological innovation.By analyzing the talent needs in key areas such as biotechnology,information technology,project management,and strategic planning in detail,the importance of professional skills and comprehensive management abilities is highlighted.The study further explored strategies for attracting,cultivating,motivating,and retaining talents through the practice of Longping High Tech,and evaluated their implementation effectiveness.In the face of current challenges,this study proposes improvement measures and optimization suggestions,and looks forward to future research directions,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for talent management in seed industry innovation.
