新时代产业工人思想政治建设路径分析——以企业班组党建工作为例

The Examination of Industrial Worker's Ideological and Political Formation:A Case Analysis of the Party Building for Enterprise Teams

本文以新时代产业工人思想政治建设为导向,以企业班组党建工作为抓手,结合定量与定性的研究方式,通过问卷法及访谈法对171位班组长基本资料以及班组党建情况进行调查分析,发现当前班组党建工作存在党员比例低位、组织建设不全、硬件设施不足、党务人才缺乏、党建活动单一、经费保障不足等问题。在调查数据和实践经验的基础上,探索出新时代班组党建工作的路径:即加强思想引领,激发红色动能;加强组织建设,增强制度保障;加强队伍建设,提升组织活力;加强党建与业务融合,实现良性发展;加强经费支持,增强党建实效;加强新媒体技术赋能,丰富学习体验,从而实现以增强企业班组党建工作赋能新时代产业工人思想政治建设的目标。

In light of the contemporary ideological and political advancement of industrial workers,this paper focuses on enterprise team party building.Adopting both quantitative and qualitative methodologies,it probes the fundamental data of 171 team leaders and team-based party building via questionnaire and interview analysis.The study concludes that active team party building is challenged by an underwhelming party member ratio,sparse organizational development,inadequate hardware amenities,an absence of party affairs talent,limited party building activities,and fragility in financial assurance.Drawing from survey data and practical insights,the paper proposes a strategic roadmap for future team building:bolstering ideological leadership and stimulating red momentum;fortifying organizational development and institutional guarantees;enhancing team building and organizational vitality;integrating party building with profession for balanced growth;augmenting financial support and enhancing party building efficacy;leveraging new media technology and enriching learning experiences,thereby empowering the ideological and political advancement of industrial workers through enhanced enterprise team party building efforts.
