中国特色数字工匠及其对新质生产力之推进

The Appearance and Cultivation of Digital Craftsmen with Chinese Characteristics and Its Practical Orientation to the New Quality Productive Forces

中国特色数字工匠是集高级数字化技能、卓越伦理道德素质和创新审美思维于一体的新型劳动者。长期以来,西方对数字劳动的关注领域集中于劳动密集型产业的低技能劳动者,中国场景中的技术知识密集型、创新型数字工匠群体被忽视。在西方的研究范式中,受众劳动、数字劳工、数字劳动者等概念内涵重叠、边界模糊。因此,亟待明晰中国场景中数字工匠的核心要义,掌握其出场逻辑与群体边界。进一步讲,数字工匠的培育直接指向新质生产力的发展,有利于打通“人作为核心要素”的全产业生产链条,不断发挥“创新起主导作用”的动能优势,为“高科技、高效能、高质量”的发展目标贡献劳动力量,从而满足中国式现代化进程对数字人才、数字产品的需求,以及对推进新质生产力的实践要求。

Digital craftsmen with Chinese characteristics are new types of laborers with advanced digital skills,excellent ethical and moral qualities,and innovative aesthetic thinking.For a long time,the Western concern for digital labor has focused on low-skilled workers in labor-intensive industries,while the technological knowledgeintensive and innovative digital craftsmen in the Chinese scene have been neglected.In the Western research paradigm,the concepts of audience labor,digital labor,and digital workers have overlapping connotations and fuzzy boundaries.Therefore,there is an urgent need to clarify the core meaning of digital craftsmen in the Chinese scene,and to grasp the logic of their appearance and group boundaries.Further,the cultivation of digital craftsmen is directly oriented towards the development of new quality productivity,which is conducive to opening the whole industrial production chain with"people as the core element",and continuously giving full play to the driving forces and advantages of"innovation plays a leading role",so as to contribute labor forces to the development of high-tech,highefficiency and high-quality"'This is the way to meet the demand for digital talents,digital products and the practical requirements of new quality productivity during Chinese modernization.
