摘要
以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)为大单体,丙烯酸(AA)为小单体,酯类化合物(Z1)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(Z2)为辅助功能小单体,并且选择双氧水(HP)、维生素C(VC)、硫酸亚铁(LT)、巯基乙醇(QJYC)共同构成引发体系,在30℃时利用水溶液聚合方法合成了减水型保坍剂(RD017),采用正交实验分析了影响减水率、保坍性能的因素,进一步进行单因素调整,确定了最佳的合成方案。结果表明,AA、功能单体用量主要影响产品的初始减水率及后期缓释性能,相较常规保坍剂,在保证良好保坍性能的前提下,RD017样品初始减水效果明显,每复配40kg/t该产品可降低10kg/t减水母液。
Methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)as the macromonomer,acrylic acid(AA)as the micromonomer,esters(Z1)and 2-hydroxy-1-methylethyl acrylate(Z2)as auxiliary micromonomers and hydrogen peroxide(HP),vitamin C(VC),ferrous sulfate(LT),mercaptoethanol(QJYC)as the co-constituting initiator system were selected.Water reducing slump retaining agent was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization at 30℃.The factors of affecting the water-reducing rate and slump retaining performance were analyzed by orthogonal experiment,and the best synthetic scheme was determined by single factor adjustment.The results show that the amount of AA and functional monomer mainly affected the initial water reducing efficiency and late sustained release performance of the product.Compared with the conventional slump retaining agent,the initial water reduction effect of the product is more obvious under the condition of ensuring excellent slump retaining performance,and each 40kg/t water reducing agent can reduce 10kg/t water-reducing mother liquor.
