基于模糊层次分析法的既有建筑加固施工安全评价研究——以砌体结构为例

摘要 为探究既有建筑加固项目施工风险等级,以A砌体结构加固项目为研究对象,基于模糊层次分析法建立了砌体结构施工安全风险评价体系,计算了各级指标的权重,并结合专家组打分情况,对指标体系中的各类风险因素、整体进行施工安全等级评判。研究结果表明:A砌体结构加固项目施工风险安全等级为小风险,其中员工安全意识、安全管理制度、托梁承载力不足、构件连接不合理、员工身心健康状态为重点风险因素,不可忽视结构自身风险。借助模糊层次分析法为既有建筑加固项目施工风险评价提供参考。 To explore the construction risk levels of the retrofit project for A masonry structure,a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was employed to establish an assessment system for masonry structure construction safety risks.This system calculated the weights of various indicators and integrated expert ratings to evaluate the risk factors within the indicator system and determine the overall construction safety level.The research findings indicate that the construction safety risk level of the A masonry structure retrofit project is categorized as low risk.Key risk factors identified include employee safety awareness,safety management systems,inadequate load-bearing capacity of beams,improper component connections,and the physical and mental health status of employees.It is crucial not to overlook the inherent structural risks.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was utilized to provide a framework for assessing construction risks in retrofitting existing buildings,offering valuable insights for future projects.
