摘要
为了提升工程施工质量,确保项目安全高效完成,本文通过介绍某工程项目的概况、设计与施工内容,深入分析了工程施工质量控制管理体系的构建与实施。文章首先建立了复杂工程质量问题的控制模型,以系统视角审视质量管理;随后,识别了施工质量的关键因素及关键指标,为精准施策提供依据;并详细阐述了施工质量偏差的控制管理策略。此外,还探讨了施工抽样检测的重要性及其在质量控制中的应用。研究结果表明,通过实施上述体系,能够显著增强工程施工质量控制的科学性和有效性,为类似工程提供有益参考和借鉴。
In order to improve the quality of engineering construction and ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects,this article introduces the overview,design,and construction content of a certain engineering project,and deeply analyzes the construction and implementation of the engineering construction quality control management system.The article first establishes a control model for complex engineering quality issues,examining quality management from a systematic perspective;Subsequently,key factors and indicators of construction quality were identified,providing a basis for precise policy implementation;And the control and management strategies for construction quality deviations were elaborated in detail.In addition,the importance of construction sampling inspection and its application in quality control were also discussed.The research results indicate that the implementation of the above system can significantly enhance the scientific and effective quality control of engineering construction,providing useful references and inspirations for similar projects.
