基于CDIO教育模式的PLC应用课程教学设计研究

摘要 随着智能制造产业的迅速发展,对高素质、高技能型的PLC技术应用人才提出了更高的标准。为了提高对PLC技术应用型人才教育的适应性,开展基于CDIO(Conceive Design Implement Operate)教育模式与PLC应用课程体系深度融合的教学设计研究,重构项目化教学模块,按构思、设计、实现、运作4阶段设置教学环节,树立“以学生为中心”的教育理念,引入HMI技术,直观验证项目运作情况。促使学生的知识、技能和职业素养与企业岗位需求相吻合,更好地推动高素质、高技能型PLC技术应用人才的培养,努力满足社会和市场对PLC技术应用型人才的需求。 With the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry,higher standards have been put forward for high-quality and highly skilled PLC technology application talents.In order to improve the adaptability of education for PLC technology application talents,research on teaching design based on the deep integration of the CDIO(Conceive Design Implement Operate)education model and the PLC application curriculum system is carried out.The project-based teaching module is reconstructed,and the teaching links are set up in four stages:conception,design,implementation,and operation.The education concept of"student-centered"is established,and HMI technology is introduced to visually verify the operation of the project.This promotes the alignment of students'knowledge,skills,and professional qualities with the requirements of enterprise positions,better promotes the cultivation of high-quality and highly skilled PLC technology application talents,and strives to meet the needs of society and the market for PLC technology application talents.
