新工科背景下汽车类专业群模块化实践教学模式创新探索

摘要 面对新工科理念下汽车产业对复合型技术技能人才的迫切需求,传统汽车类专业实践教学模式如理论与实践教学脱节、实践内容缺乏系统性、与产业需求契合度不高等问题亟待解决。本文首先阐述了汽车类专业实践教学的重要性,分析了传统汽车类专业实践教学存在的问题,提出了新工科背景下汽车类专业群模块化实践教学模式创新方案,实现了专业教学内容与汽车产业需求的良性对接,可为职业学院校新工科人才培养模式创新提供参考。 In the face of the urgent demand of the automobile industry for composite technical skills under the new engineering concept,the traditional automobile professional practice teaching mode,such as the disconnection of theory and practical teaching,the lack of systematicity of practical content,and the low fit with industrial needs,need to be solved urgently.This article first explains the importance of automotive professional practical teaching,analyzes the problems of traditional automotive professional practical teaching,and puts forward an innovative plan for the modular practical teaching mode of automotive professional groups under the background of new engineering subjects.It realizes the benign docking of professional teaching content and the needs of the automobile industry,which can be a new vocational college.The innovation of engineering talent training model provides reference.
