摘要
新能源汽车中的设备在转换电能时,由于开关器件的快速切换,会产生高频的电压和电流波动,从而转变为瞬变过电压,其存在高峰值,导致难以迅速响应并抑制过电压能量。为此,提出新能源汽车电气系统瞬变过电压抑制技术。分析新能源汽车电气系统引发瞬变过电压的现象,引入晶闸管,计算晶闸管整流器直流侧直流电压,考虑汽车电池和电气系统之间的电能传输,将直流电压代入绝对值函数,并引入粒子群优化算法实现对新能源汽车电气系统瞬变过电压的抑制。仿真结果表明,该方法抑制后瞬变过电压最大值下降至38kV以下,且电气系统也达到稳定的平衡状态。
When the equipment in new energy vehicles converts electrical energy,due to the rapid switching of switching devices,high-frequency voltage and current fluctuations will be generated,which will be transformed into transient overvoltage,which has a high peak,which makes it difficult to respond quickly and suppress overvoltage energy.To this end,the transient overvoltage suppression technology of the electrical system of new energy vehicles is proposed.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of transient overvoltage caused by the electrical system of new energy vehicles,introduces thyristors,calculates the DC voltage of the DC side of the thyristor rectifier,considers the power transfer between the automobile battery and the electrical system,substitutes the DC voltage into the absolute value function,and introduces the particle swarm optimization algorithm to suppress the transient overvoltage of the electrical system of new energy vehicles.The simulation results show that the maximum value of the transient overvoltage drops to below 38kV after the method is suppressed,and the electrical system also reaches a stable equilibrium state.
