摘要
实现整车ADAS功能,需要电动助力转向系统能够满足ADAS上位机请求的相关要求,由于ADAS上位机开发周期较长,往往在首次装车时无法搭载,影响了电动助力转向系统的ADAS性能初步调试工作的开展及后续ADAS整车联调的进度。因此,本文研究并提出了一种联合Simulink和CANoe的汽车电动助力转向系统的ADAS性能测试方法。由于单存采用CANoe CAPL编程模块,难以对于较复杂的传递函数进行编程输出,因此本文提出了根据测试项目通过用Simulink软件建立测试环境,联合CANoe接口进行CAN报文输出至整车网络的方式,实现EPS ADAS的测试验证。
To achieve the ADAS function of the entire vehicle,it is necessary for the electric power steering system to meet the relevant requirements of the ADAS upper computer.Due to the long development cycle of the ADAS upper computer,it is often unable to be installed during the first installation,which affects the preliminary debugging work of the ADAS performance of the electric power steering system and the progress of subsequent ADAS vehicle integration.Therefore,this article studies and proposes an ADAS performance testing method for automotive electric power steering systems that combines Simulink and CANoe.Due to the use of CANoe CAPL programming module in single memory,it is difficult to program and output complex transfer functions.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of testing EPS ADAS by establishing a testing environment using Simulink software and outputting CAN messages to the vehicle network in conjunction with CANoe interface based on the testing project.
