地方高校艺术类专业创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Art Majors of Local Universities

创新创业人才培养模式是地方高校提升人才培育及办学质量的基本要求。但在艺术类专业推进双创教育的过程中,还面临着课程体系、实践平台、师资队伍等方面的问题,严重影响到双创教育的实效性。为此,地方院校必须明确地方艺术类专业的就业方向,提高专业教育与创新创业教育的兼容合力,强化培养模式与课程体系的内在联系,构建一个层次多样、个性特征明显的人才培养模式,以期提高地方高校开展创新创业教育的质量、效率,缓解大学生就业矛盾,满足产业转型升级的现实需求,助推社会主义现代化经济的可持续发展。

The cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a basic requirement for local universities to improve talent cultivation and educational quality.However,in the process of promoting mass entrepreneurship education in art majors,there are still problems in the curriculum system,practical platforms,teaching staff,and other aspects,which seriously affect the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore,local universities must clarify the employment direction of local art majors,improve the compatibility and synergy between professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improve the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education carried out by local universities,so as to alleviate employment conflicts among college students,meet the practical needs of industrial transformation and upgrading,and promote the sustainable development of socialist modernization economy.
