高职院校思政课与课程思政协同育人机制构建研究

Research on the Construction of a Collaborative Education Mechanism for Ideological and Political Courses and Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 在立德树人的大背景下,要实现高职院校思政课与课程思政的协调,形成教育同频共振效应,实现协同育人,为党育人为国育才,这是新时期高职院校德育工作的重中之重。本文通过阐明高职院校思政课与课程思政协同育人的重要性,指出存在的问题,分析成因,探索构建思政课与课程思政协调机制的理论,理解构建协调机制的重点和难点,确定构建高职院校协调机制的策略,包括建立自上而下的引导负责机制;加强教师队伍建设,增强协同能力;优化完善教学评价管理机制;建立和完善公开透明的奖励制度等内容。 In the context of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,it is necessary to achieve the coordination of ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges,to form the resonance effect of education on the same frequency,to achieve coordinated education,and to educate for the Party and for the country,which is the top priority of moral education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.This paper clarifies the importance of collaborative education between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges,points out the existing problems,analyzes the causes,explores the theory of building a coordinated mechanism between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics,understands the key and difficult points of building a coordinated mechanism,and determines the strategies for building a coordinated mechanism in higher vocational colleges,including establishing a top-down guidance and responsibility mechanism;strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and enhancing collaborative capabilities;optimizing and improving the teaching evaluation management mechanism;establishing and improving an open and transparent reward system.
