摘要
本文主要从高职院校《法理学》课程教学实践视角,分析《法理学》课程教学改革的实践方向,结合新时期法律专业人才培养及法学专业人才教育需求,明确高职院校《法理学》教育改革的内在逻辑及实现教育改革发展目标的核心载体,并制定科学的《法理学》课程教学改革策略,拓展高职院校《法理学》育人培养工作路径,进一步为高职院校培养具有较高法律素养与良好实践能力的法律、法学专业人才提供教育参考。
This paper mainly analyzes the practical direction of the teaching reform of the“Jurisprudence”course in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of teaching practice.Combining with the training of legal professionals and the education needs of legal professionals in the new era,it clarifies the internal logic of the“Jurisprudence”education reform in higher vocational colleges and the core carrier for achieving the development goals of education reform,and formulates scientific teaching reform strategies for the“Jurisprudence”course,expanding the path of legal education and training in higher vocational colleges,and further providing educational references for higher vocational colleges to cultivate legal and legal professionals with high legal literacy and good practical abilities.
