数字经济背景下职业教育高质量发展的内涵、挑战及路径

摘要 数字经济的快速发展推动职业教育的深刻变革,迫使职业教育工作者重新审视职业教育高质量发展的内涵,迎接诸多挑战并寻找突破路径。本研究综合运用文献法、政策分析法等方法从学生发展质量、教育教学质量、服务贡献质量、政策落实质量、国际合作质量探讨职业教育高质量发展的内涵。数字经济背景下,职业教育经费结构不均衡、投入不足,职业教师数字化教学能力不足,职业教育办学层次有待提升,职业教育专业和课程适应性不足。为此,本研究试图探讨数字经济背景下职业教育高质量发展的路径。 The rapid development of the digital economy has driven profound changes in vocational education,forcing vocational educators to re-examine the connotation of high-quality development of vocational education,face many challenges,and seek breakthrough paths.This study comprehensively applies methods such as literature review and policy analysis to explore the connotation of high-quality development of vocational education from the aspects of student development quality,education and teaching quality,service contribution quality,policy implementation quality,and international cooperation quality.In the context of the digital economy,the funding structure of vocational education is uneven,investment is insufficient,vocational teachers have insufficient digital teaching capabilities,the level of vocational education needs to be improved,and the adaptability of vocational education majors and courses is insufficient.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the path of high-quality development of vocational education in the context of the digital economy.
