基于工学结合背景下高职院校构建“四化”育人管理模式的探索与实践

摘要 在传统学生管理模式下,高职院校学生管理存在较为典型的表面化、简单化、局部性、片面化等缺陷,这在一定程度上制约了职业教育高素质技能人才的培养。本文结合职业院校学生特点,对标新时代青年工作的新要求,聚焦“人才培养”主线。经汉中职业技术学院不断探索与实践,以学校推动、二级学院贯彻、班级具体实施的总体思路,所构建的“四化”育人模式创新了学生管理,丰富了管理途径与载体,提升了学生职业素养和综合能力,以期为高职院校学生管理提供借鉴。 Under the traditional student management mode,the student management in higher vocational colleges has typical defects such as superficiality,simplification,locality and one-sidedness,which restrict the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational education to a certain extent.Combining the characteristics of vocational college students and benchmarking the new requirements of youth work in the new era,this paper focuses on the main line of“talent cultivation”.The“four modernizations”education mode,with the overall idea of promoting by the school,implemented by the secondary colleges and implementing by the classes,and through continuous exploration and practice in Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College,has innovated student management,enriched management approaches and carriers,and improved students’professional quality and comprehensive ability,in order to provide reference for the student management in higher vocational colleges.
