摘要
为落实全面依法治国的要求,新时代法治人才培养是实现这一目标的重要环节。在传统法学教育的供给与新时代法治人才的道德素养、知识素养和实践素养的需求下,表现出供需失调的结构性困境。“双师同堂”教学模式可以有效整合教学资源,实施分层级体系化教学,按照法学基础知识教育、学科交叉融合教育、法律实践技能等不同层次开展“对分式”“互补式”“对话式”等“双师同堂”教学模式,从而培养适应社会多元化需求的高素质应用型法治人才。
In order to meet the requirements of comprehensively realizing the rule of law,the cultivation of legal talents in the new era is an important link.Under the supply of traditional legal education and the demand for moral,knowledge,and practical qualities of legal talents in the new era,there is a structural dilemma of supply-demand imbalance.The“double teacher co teaching”model can effectively integrate teaching resources,implement hierarchical and systematic teaching,and carry out“double teacher co-teaching”models such as“fractional”,“complementary”,and“dialogue”according to different levels of legal basic knowledge education,interdisciplinary and integrated education,and legal practical skills,so as to cultivate high-quality applied legal talents that meet the diverse needs of society.
