培育未来产业以加快形成新质生产力的逻辑机理与有效路径研究——以南通市为例

Research on the logical mechanism and effective path of cultivating future industries toaccelerate the formation of new quality productive forces: taking Nantong city as an example

文章通过对新质生产力和未来产业的内涵阐述,发现两者相互依存与互动,具有辩证统一的逻辑机理。基于对南通新质生产力和未来产业发展情况的调查研究,提出了当前存在的问题。最后提出强化科技创新,攻克核心技术;布局未来产业,锚定项目招引;完善协同创新,实现联合发展;加大政策支撑,保障产业发展;注重人才培养,持续吸引人才5个方面的有效路径。

This article elaborates on the connotations of new quality productive forces and future industries,the two are interdependent and interactive,and have a dialectical and unified logical mechanism.Based on the investigation and research of Nantong’s new quality productive forces and future industrial development,the current problems have been identified.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen technological innovation and overcome core technologies;layout future industries and anchor project attraction;improve collaborative innovation and achieve joint development;intensify policy support to ensure industrial development;focus on talent cultivation and continuously attract talents.
