高质量发展下南京都市圈制造业空间结构优化研究

摘要 产业协同发展是都市圈高质量发展的重要基础。文章从结构协同视角,采用产业结构合理化指数、区位商、高度化指数等方法,测算了2015年以来南京都市圈30个两位数制造行业的空间结构演化情况,深入分析了区域制造业结构协同的现状与问题。研究发现,南京都市圈制造业已形成资本和技术密集型行业为主导的产业格局,但仍存在结构不尽合理、高新技术产业优势减弱、中心城市辐射能力不强等问题,需要从补齐产业结构短板、培育先进产业竞争优势以及增强中心城市能级等方面推动都市圈制造业高质量协同发展。 Synergetic development of industries is an important foundation for metropolitan areas’high-quality development.From the perspective of structural synergy,by adopting the methods of industrial structure rationalization index,location quotient as well as height index,the spatial structure evolution of 30 double-digit manufacturing industries in Nanjing metropolitan area since 2015 was measured.The current situation and problems of regional manufacturing structure coordination were deeply analyzed.Our study found that the manufacturing industry system of Nanjing metropolitan area was mainly constituted by some certain capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries,while there still existed problems such as unreasonable structure,weakening advantages of high-tech industries,and also the weak radiation capacity of the central city.So it is necessary to promote the high-quality synergetic development of the manufacturing industry in the metropolitan area from the aspects of making up for the shortcomings of the industrial structure,cultivating the competitive advantages of the regional advanced manufacturing industries,and enhancing the leading capacity of the central city.
