摘要
近年来,先进国家和地区竞相发展算力产业,旨在引领技术创新和掌握发展主动权。文章研究表明,无锡在算力相关的技术研发、基础设施建设和产业发展方面拥有独特的优势,已形成体系较完整、规模体量较大、创新较为活跃的产业体系。无锡应进一步在融入全国一体化算力网建设、突破关键技术、构筑自主可控的算力“底座”、开展算力招商积极引入头部AI企业、推动算力深度融合创新与广泛应用、持续推进地方算力平台建设、加强算力产业人才培养等方面提升在数字经济领域的创新能力和竞争力,向数字经济转型标杆城市迈进。
In recent years,advanced countries and regions have competed to develop the computing power industry,aiming to lead technological innovation and seize the initiative in development.Wuxi has unique advantages in technology research and development,infrastructure construction and industrial development related to computing power,and has formed an industrial system with a relatively complete system,a large scale and a more active innovation.Wuxi should further improve its innovation ability and competitiveness in the field of digital economy by integrating into the construction of the national integrated computing network,breaking through key technologies,building an independent and controllable computing“base”,actively introducing head AI enterprises in computing investment promotion,promoting the deep integration and innovation of computing power and wide application,promoting the construction of local computing platforms and strengthen the training of computing industry talents,so as to move forward to the benchmark city of digital economic transformation.
