知识动员视角下高校智库影响力提升研究

Research on the influence improvement of university think tanks fromthe perspective of knowledge mobilization

为了探索我国高校智库影响力的提升路径,从知识视角对高校智库进行系统研究。文章运用案例分析法,以复旦发展研究院为例,以知识动员理论为切入点,从知识生产、知识中介和知识应用3个方面,对如何提升智库影响力进行研究。通过对复旦发展研究院的网络调研,文章提出了我国高校智库影响力提升的知识动员路径:知识生产方面,完善智库制度,保障人才;知识中介方面,制定推广策略,扩大智库影响力;知识应用方面,加强交流合作,促进智库成果转化。

In order to explore the ways of improving the influence of university think tanks in China,this paper makes a systematic research on university think tanks from the perspective of knowledge.This paper uses the case analysis method to study how to enhance the influence of think tanks from three aspects:knowledge production,knowledge intermediary and knowledge application,taking Fudan Development Institute as an example and knowledge mobilization theory as the starting point.Based on the network research of Fudan Development Institute,this paper puts forward the knowledge mobilization paths for the promotion of the influence of university think tanks in China:in the aspect of knowledge production,improve the think tank system and guarantee talents;in terms of knowledge intermediary,formulate promotion strategies to expand the influence of think tanks;in terms of knowledge application,exchanges and cooperation should be strengthened to promote the transformation of think tanks’achievements.
