一流大学图书馆学科服务国内外研究进展

Research progress on subject service of first-class university library

我国第二轮“双一流”建设坚持以学科为基础,注重高质量建设。一流大学图书馆学科服务意义重大。文章通过梳理国内外关于一流大学图书馆学科服务的文献,认为研究主题主要包括一流大学图书馆学科馆员研究、一流大学图书馆学科服务内容研究以及一流大学图书馆学科服务平台研究。学者们开展的研究方法与主题较为丰富,但研究还存在如下有待进一步拓展的方法与问题:较少涉及利用大数据理念和技术推进高校图书馆助力一流大学建设的内容;较少采用数据挖掘、构建大数据平台、实证分析法来研究一流大学图书馆学科服务;现有的研究多以传统的线下方式研究一流大学图书馆学科服务,线上的种种服务方式缺少整合起来研究的成果。

The second round of“double first-class”construction in our country adheres to the discipline as the foundation and focuses on high-quality construction.The subject services provided by first-class university libraries are of great significance.The article summarizes the literature on subject services of first-class university libraries at home and abroad,and believes that the research topics mainly include the study of subject librarians in first-class university libraries,the study of subject service content in first-class university libraries,and the study of subject service platforms in first-class university libraries.The research methods and themes carried out by scholars are relatively rich,but there are still some methods and problems that need to be further expanded,such as the limited use of Big data concepts and technologies to promote the construction of first-class universities in university libraries;less use of data mining,building Big data platforms,and empirical analysis methods to study the subject services of first-class university libraries;existing research mostly focuses on the subject services of first-class university libraries through traditional offline methods,and there is a lack of integrated research results on various online service methods.
