摘要
为加快推进具有全球影响力的产业科技创新中心主承载区,2017年9月,南京市委、市政府启动新型研发机构建设推进工作。经过5年发展积淀,经过3年疫情考验已度过创业“破冰期”,正步入快速上升通道。文章以南京市新型研发机构为研究对象,总结其发展现状、发展特征,找出制约其发展的瓶颈和不足,提出相应的优化发展对策与建议。
In September 2017,the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Government launched the construction and promotion of new research and development institutions to accelerate the development of the main carrier area of industrial technology innovation centers with global influence.After five years of development and accumulation,and three years of testing by the epidemic,we have passed the“ice breaking period”of entrepreneurship and are stepping into a rapid upward trend.The article takes the new R&D institutions in Nanjing as the research object,summarizes their development status and characteristics,identifies bottlenecks and shortcomings that restrict their development,and proposes corresponding optimization and development strategies and suggestions.
