新形势下青年科技人才的发展困境与纾困策略研究

摘要 青年科技人才是推动深入实施国家创新发展战略、实现高水平科技自立自强至关重要的“先锋力量”。文章通过文献调研、问卷调查等方式,针对新形势下青年科技人才发展在条件、机制和生活中的三大困境进行了深入透视,提出了针对性的纾困对策:一是满足青年科技人才多类型的发展需求;二是实施青年科技人才多元化的评价方式;三是打造青年科技人才全方位的服务体系。 Young scientific and technological talents are the“pioneer force”that is crucial to promoting the in-depth implementation of the national innovation development strategy and achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.Through literature research,questionnaire surveys and other methods,this article conducts an in-depth perspective on the three major difficulties in the development of young scientific and technological talents in terms of conditions,mechanisms and life under the new situation,and puts forward targeted relief measures:first,meet the development needs of young scientific and technological talents of various types;second,implement a diversified evaluation method for young scientific and technological talents;third,create a comprehensive service system for young scientific and technological talents.
