摘要
文章选取2022年10家新能源汽车企业作为研究对象,构建了包括法律环境风险、经济环境风险、文化环境风险、技术难度风险、运行管理风险5个维度10个指标的新能源汽车企业知识产权风险评价指标体系。运用熵值法对其知识产权风险进行测算,研究表明,新能源汽车企业知识产权风险总体上属于可控范围内,区域科技创新环境在评价样本企业知识产权风险中占有较大权重。最后根据评价结果从政府和企业两个层面提出风险防范应对策略,旨在为新能源汽车企业知识产权风险评价和管理提供借鉴和参考。
The article selects 10 new energy vehicle enterprises in 2022 as research objects and constructs a new energy vehicle enterprise intellectual property risk evaluation index system consisting of five dimensions and 10 indicators,including legal environment risk,economic environment risk,cultural environment risk,technical difficulty risk,and operational management risk.By using the entropy method to measure the intellectual property risks of new energy vehicle enterprises,research has shown that the overall intellectual property risks of these enterprises are within a controllable range,and the regional technological innovation environment holds a significant weight in evaluating the intellectual property risks of sample enterprises.Finally,based on the evaluation results,risk prevention and response strategies are proposed from both the government and enterprise levels,aiming to provide reference and guidance for the evaluation and management of intellectual property risks in new energy vehicle enterprises.
