中链甘油三酯在畜禽生产上应用的研究进展

摘要 中链甘油三酯(MCT)具有易吸收、供能速度快,同时还具有维持肠道健康、抑菌杀菌、提高机体免疫力、增强机体抗氧化能力、调节机体营养代谢和改善肉品质等的特性功能。MCT来源广泛,既能人工合成,又能从天然动植物油中获得,安全环保、无污染、无残留,已经在医药、食品、化工、养殖和饲料领域广泛应用。随着人们逐渐意识到抗生素的滥用导致动物免疫力降低、“超级细菌”的出现和生态环境污染严重等危害后,替抗的研究一直是热点。生产实践中,MCT以其特有的优势,在猪、肉鸡、鸭、奶牛和兔子等动物上的应用又逐渐被重视起来,特别是对于幼龄动物提高生长性能、成活率,降低腹泻以及改善畜禽肉质等方面。文章就M-CT的理化性质、营养、生理功能以及在畜禽生产上的应用和效果加以阐述。 Medium-chain triglyceride(MCT)is easily absorbed and supplies energy fastly,and has the functions of maintain intestinal health,microbial inhibitory and bactericidal,improving body immunity,enhancing the body's antioxidant ability,regulating body's nutritional metabolism,improving meat qualities.MCT has a wide range of sources,which can be synthesized,but also from natural animal and plant oil,safe and environmental protection,no pollution,no residue.MCT has been widely used in medicine,food,chemical,aquaculture and feed fields.As people gradually realize that the abuse of antibiotics leads to the reduction of animal immunity,the emergence of"superbacteria",serious ecological environment pollution and other hazards,the research of alternative antibiotics has been a hot topic.In production practice,MCT,with its unique advantages,in pigs,broilers,ducks,cows and rabbits and other animals have gradually been paid attention to,especially for young animals to improve the growth performance,survival rate,reduce diarrhea and improve the meat quality of livestock and poultry.The physicochemical properties,nutrition and physiological function of medium chain triglyceride and its application and effect in livestock and poultry production were expounded.
