金丝猴是地球上稀有的珍贵动物之一,由于栖息地被破坏、食物缺乏和消化道疾病等原因,该物种已被列为濒危物种。人工补饲是保护野生金丝猴种群的重要措施之一,该措施的实施改变了金丝猴的食物结构,影响了其胃肠道菌群。文章概述了金丝猴肠道菌群结构及其部分生物学特性,为监测金丝猴肠道疾病、筛选金丝猴源益生菌和开发金丝猴专用人工饲料提供数据参考。

The golden snub-nosed monkey is one of the rare and precious animals on the earth.Due to habitat destruction,food scarcity,digestive diseases,etc.the golden monkey has been listed as endangered species.Artificial food supplement plan is one of the important measures to protect the wild golden monkey population.The implementation of this plan has changed the food structure and intestinal flora of golden monkeys.The research progress on the structure of intestinal flora and some biological characteristics of intestinal flora from golden monkey was reviewed,and references for monitoring intestinal diseases,screening probiotics,and developing specialized artificial feed for golden monkeys were provided.
