苜蓿青贮是奶牛饲养中必不可少的优质粗饲料,科学评价其品质并在养殖生产中适当应用对奶牛饲养至关重要。文章系统性地探讨了苜蓿青贮的品质评价及其在奶牛生产中的综合应用效果。从感官品质、概略养分、发酵指标三个维度全面评估了苜蓿青贮的营养特性,重点阐述了其对奶牛生产性能的显著提升作用,包括增加产奶量、优化乳品质、改善瘤胃发酵环境及血液生化指标。深入剖析了苜蓿青贮的发酵机制及影响品质的关键因素,为科学评价和应用苜蓿青贮提供参考依据。
Alfalfa silage was an essential high-quality roughage in dairy cow feeding,so scientific evaluation of its quality and proper application in breeding and production were crucial for dairy cattle feeding.The quality evaluation of alfalfa silage and its comprehensive application effect in dairy cow production were systematically discussed in this paper.The nutritional characteristics of alfalfa silage were comprehensively evaluated from sensory quality,general nutrient and fermentation index,and the significant improvement on the production performance of dairy cows were emphasized,including increasing milk yield,optimizing milk quality,improving the rumen fermentation environment and blood biochemical indexes.The fermentation mechanism of alfalfa silage and the key factors affecting the quality were deeply analyzed in this paper,and provided a reference basis for the scientific evaluation and application of alfalfa silage.
