摘要
专业教师团队评价作为高职院校高质量发展的关键动能,既是提高职业教育实效的重要抓手,也是满足“双循环”新发展格局下高素质师资力量需求的有效途径。结合我国高职院校专业教师团队评价标准固定、方法简单、流程不畅、顶层缺位的现状,提出从“一元”转向“多维”,以重构标准为着力点;从“控制”转向“融合”,以拓展方式为关键点;从“鉴定”转向“引领”,以优化流程为突破点;从“强势”转向“现代”,以延伸主体为切入点。具体实践中,应着眼于政府外控,推行“双向”管评模式;立足于社会支持,发挥“三维”话语功能;根植于教师内驱力,构建“四频”能力框架;发端于院校设计,创设五项增值环境,以“自上而下”闭环评价系统赋能专业教师团队评价功能提升。
The evaluation of professional teacher teams,as a key driving force for the highquality development of vocational colleges,is not only an important means to improve the effectiveness of vocational education,but also a effective way to meet the demand for highquality teaching staff under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”.Based on the current situation of fixed evaluation standards,simple methods,unsmooth processes,and missing toplevel positions for professional teacher teams in vocational colleges in China,it is proposed to shift from“unitary”to“multidimensional”,with a focus on reconstructing standards;from“control”to“integration”,with expansion as the key point;from“appraisal”to“guidance”,with optimizing processes as the breakthrough point;from“dominant”to”modern”,with the extension of the main body as the entry point.In specific practice,we should focus on government external control and promote a“twoway”management and evaluation model;based on social support,leverage the“threedimensional”discourse function;rooted in the internal drive of teachers,construct a“four frequency”competency framework;originating from college design,create five valueadded environments,and empower the function of evaluating professional teacher teams through a“topdown”closedloop evaluation system.
