Exploration of Ball Sense Training Methods in Football Teaching

通过访谈法,调研数据分析和实践来总结足球教学中球感训练的意义,介绍了影响足球球感训练效果的因素,分析球感训练现状,发现足球教学中球感训练存在训练内容缺乏实际比赛场景、训练方法单一,学生兴趣不高、教师教学水平有待提升、忽略学生心理疏导等问题,提出优化足球教学中球感训练方法的策略措施。

Through interviews,survey data analysis,and practical exploration,this paper explores the significance of ball sense training in football teaching.It introduces the factors affecting the effectiveness of ball sense training,analyzes the current state of such training,and identifies issues such as a lack of real-game scenarios in training content,monotonous training methods,low student interest,the need for improved teaching skills among instructors,and the neglect of students′psychological guidance.The study proposes strategic measures to optimize ball sense training methods in football teaching.
