摘要
在线课程游戏化设计是创新学习环境的一种方式,旨在提高学习者的学习体验和学习动机,克服学习过程中的被动和枯燥情绪。关于课程游戏化设计的研究多集中在宏观层面,缺乏对游戏化环境如何影响课程学习和学习者投入意愿的微观分析。遵循“策略—可供性—意图”路径将自我决定理论和理性行为理论整合在框架内,创新性提出了游戏化设计课程学习投入的影响机制模型。通过对参与游戏化设计课程的MOOC学习者进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型技术,实证研究了游戏化设计策略对学习者投入意愿的影响,并对作用效果进行了可视化分析和探讨。研究成果不仅丰富了游戏化课程设计的理论基础,也为从事在线学习的研究者和管理人员提供了有益指导。
Gamification design of online course is a way to innovate learning environment,aiming at improving learners’learning experience and motivation,and overcoming the passivity and boredom in learning process.Most studies on gamification design focus on macro level,and are lack of micro analysis on how gamification environment affects course learning and learners’engagement.Based on the“strategy—affordance—intention”approach,this paper integrates self-determination theory and rational behavior theory within the framework,and innovatively proposes the influence mechanism model of the learning engagement of gamification design course.Through a questionnaire survey of MOOC learners who participate in gamification design course,the technology of structural equation model is used to empirically study the influence of gamification design strategies on learners’willingness to invest,and the visual analysis and discussion of the effect are carried out.The research results not only enrich the theoretical basis of gamification course design,but also provide useful guidance for researchers and managers engaged in online learning.
