摘要
职业教育教师激励机制对促进教师自我实现、赋予职业教育特定的价值理念、推动社会对职业教育类型属性的认可和促进职业教育教师身份的自我认同具有重要作用。以双因素理论为支撑,职业教育教师激励机制要不断满足保健因素,减少或消除教师的不满情绪;强化激励因素,激发教师的主动性、积极性和创造性。在具体实践中,职业教育教师激励机制的实施需要按照职业教育类型化认知形成激励机制建设的根本导向,根据职业教育教师的发展需求形成激励机制建设的诱导性因素,建立符合职业教育教师激励机制发展所需要的激励制度架构,探索“指导—服务”式的整体激励机制运行推进策略并提供全方位的激励机制实施支持保障。
The incentive mechanism of vocational education teachers plays an important role in promoting teachers’self-realization,endowing vocational education with specific values,promoting social recognition of the attributes of vocational education types,and promoting the self-identity of vocational education teachers.Supported by the dual factor theory,the incentive mechanism of vocational education teachers should continuously meet the health factors to reduce or eliminate teachers’dissatisfaction;strengthen the incentive factors to stimulate teachers’initiative,enthusiasm and creativity.In specific practice,the implementation of the incentive mechanism for vocational education teachers needs to form the fundamental guidance of the construction of the incentive mechanism according to the type cognition of vocational education,form the inductive factors of the construction of the incentive mechanism according to the development needs of vocational education teachers,establish the incentive system framework that meets the needs of the development of the incentive mechanism for vocational education teachers,explore the operation and promotion strategy of the“guidance-service”type of overall incentive mechanism and provide all-round support for the implementation of the incentive mechanism.
