Research on Implications,Problems and Promotion Strategies of Adult Learners’Micro-learning

微学习是一种基于移动技术的新型数字化学习方式,具有课程模块化、对象开放化、时空泛在化、方式交互化和媒介便捷化等基本特征,在丰富学习者学习内容与手段、增强学习者学习效能、缓解学习者工学矛盾等方面具有积极作用。在成人学习者微学习活动中,针对微学习意识不强、微课程供给不足、微学习深度不够、微学习素养较低等问题,应采取提升微学习自觉、加强微课程供给、做好微学习支持服务、提高微学习能力等策略,保障学习者微学习质量。

Micro-learning is a new type of digital learning method based on mobile technology,which has the basic characteristics of curriculum modularization,object openness,spatiotemporal ubiquity,interactive methods and convenient media.It plays an active role in enriching learners’learning contents and means,enhancing learners’learning efficiency and alleviating learners’work-study contradiction.In the micro-learning activities of adult learners,strategies such as enhancing micro-learning awareness,strengthening micro-course supply,doing a good job in micro-learning support services,and enhancing micro-learning ability should be adopted to ensure the quality of learners’micro-learning in view of the problems of weak awareness of micro-learning,insufficient supply of micro-courses,insufficient depth of micro-learning and low literacy of micro-learning.
