摘要
资源整合是有效破除我国老年教育隔离障碍、政策障碍、服务障碍、信息障碍、拓展障碍的有效途径。通过体系与网络整合、政策与保障整合、教育与养老整合、线上与线下整合、学历与非学历整合,可以实现老年教育资源的重新优化配置。国家老年大学要在国家老年教育资源整合过程中,掌握统筹权、话语权、主导权和主动权,加强顶层设计,构建运行标准,形成办学优势,推动功能外延。
Resource integration is an effective way to effectively break the barriers of isolation,policy,service,information and expansion of education for the elderly in China.Through the integration of system and network,the integration of policy and security,the integration of education and elderly care,the integration of online and offline,and the integration of academic education and non-academic education,the re-optimization of the allocation of education resources for the elderly can be realized.The national universities for the elderly should master the right of overall planning,discourse power,leading power and initiative power strengthen the top-level design,build operating standards,form school-running advantages and promote the extension of functions in the process of integrating national education resources for the elderly.
