摘要
随着老年教育在全民终身学习体系建设中的地位日益凸显,老年教育教师的专业化问题得到了社会的广泛关注。专业化的老年教育教师队伍,不仅是提升老年教育服务质量、扩大服务范围的重要支撑,也是老年教育人才培养的核心要素,更是推动老年教育整体高质量发展的重要动力。对于老年教育教师的职业发展而言,专业化既符合历史发展的逻辑,也契合教师个人发展的现实需求。为促进我国老年教育教师的专业化发展,有必要制定相关的准入机制和资格认证制度,推进老年教育学的学科建设,并不断完善老年教育教师的教育培训体系。
With the increasingly prominent position of elderly education in the construction of the national lifelong learning system,the professionalization of elderly education teachers has been widely concerned by the society.A professional team of elderly education teachers is not only an important support for improving the quality of elderly education services and expanding the scope of services,but also a core element of talent cultivation in elderly education,and an important driving force for promoting the overall high-quality development of elderly education.For the professional development of elderly education teachers,professionalization is not only in line with the logic of historical development,but also in line with the actual needs of teachers’personal development.To promote the professional development of elderly education teachers in China,it is necessary to formulate relevant access mechanism and qualification certification system,promote the discipline construction of elderly education,and continuously improve the education and training system of elderly education teachers.
