体医融合的困境及校园路径推广研究

摘要 通过梳理体医融合促进儿童青少年的现实基础和在学校场景中融合面临的困境,提出体医融合的校园路径。研究认为:融合机制的不明确、繁重的学习压力、师资力量的短缺和学生及家长对体医融合认可度低,限制了体医融合在校园中的推广。研究提出:鼓励不同部门共同探索合适的融合模式;合理布置体育家庭作业,提高儿童青少年身体活动水平;多管齐下加大人才供给,提高其工作热情;利用人工智能技术搭建数字平台,促进体医融合理念的传播。从政策指导、人力保障、技术支持等角度,促进学校、医院、家长之间的共同参与、深度合作,形成明确融合模式,有助于形成适合校园场域的体医融合模式,从而儿童青少年的健康成长保驾护航。 By combing the realistic foundation of the integration of sports and medicine to promote children and adolescents and the difficulties faced by the integration in school scenes,this paper aims to put forward the campus path of the integration of sports and medicine.The research shows that the unclear integration mechanism,heavy academic pressure,shortage of teachers and low recognition of students and parents to the integration of sports and medicine limit the promotion of integration of sports and medicine in schools.The study proposes:to encourage different departments to jointly explore appropriate integration models;Reasonably arrange sports homework,improve the physical activity level of children and adolescents;Increase the supply of talents in a multi-pronged manner,and improve their work enthusiasm;Use artificial intelligence technology to build digital platform to realize information sharing and promote the dissemination of the concept of integration of sports and medicine.From the angles of policy guidance,manpower guarantee and technical support,we should promote the joint participation and deep cooperation among schools,hospitals and parents to form a clear integration mode,which is helpful to form a sports and medical integration mode suitable for campus field,so as to protect the healthy growth of children and adolescents.
