基于AHP和Kano模型分析的乡村公共空间适老化设计评价——以苏州叶山岛为例

摘要 基于AHP和Kano模型探讨公共空间适老化设计的标准及其改进的迫切程度,提出多层次规划设计的解决方案,以提高乡村公共空间适老化水平。首先,通过AHP构建乡村公共空间适老化评价指标体系,并对叶山岛公共空间适老化设计的满意度进行综合评价和分区评价;其次,结合Kano模型,综合考虑满意度和重要度,求得改进权重;最后,计算出满意度得分,提出乡村公共空间设计优化策略。结果表明:(1)AHP和Kano模型相结合能客观分析单一评价要素的改进迫切程度,具有推广意义。(2)构建了一套适用于乡村公共空间适老化水平的量化评价体系,通过量化的数据可以为乡村公共空间适老化设计的优化方向提供指导。 Based on AHP and Kano model,we explored the criteria of elderly-oriented design of public space and its urgency of improvement,and proposed a solution of multi-level planning and design to improve the elderly-oriented level of rural public space.Firstly,we constructed the evaluation index system of rural public space aging appropriateness through AHP,and made a comprehensive evaluation and zoning evaluation of the satisfaction of the elderly-oriented design of public space in Yeshan Island.Secondly,we combined the Kano model and integrated the satisfaction and importance to find the improvement weights.Finally,we calculated the satisfaction score and proposed the optimization strategy of rural public space design.The results show that:①The combination of AHP and Kano model can objectively analyze the urgency of improvement of a single evaluation element and has significance for promotion.②A set of quantitative evaluation system applicable to the aging level of rural public spaces is constructed,and the quantitative data can provide guidance for the optimization direction of the elderly-oriented design of rural public spaces.
