摘要
为评价3种不同复合微生态制剂对湖羊生长性能、血清指标及养分表观消化率的影响,本试验选取4月龄、体重相近的雌性湖羊72只,随机分为4组,分别为对照组(CK组),复合酶制剂1组,复合酶制剂2组和复合酶制剂3组,每组3个栏圈重复,每个重复6只羊。每种微生态制剂按精料5.0‰量进行添加。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,各试验组平均日增重分别提高29.25%、14.29%和5.78%;(2)与对照组相比,处理组湖羊血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和血清葡萄糖含量均有所提高,同时湖羊血清胆固醇和尿素氮含量显著降低,说明3种微生态制剂饲喂湖羊,能够增强湖羊抗病力,提高对营养物质的代谢;(3)与对照组相比,处理组湖羊血清肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶含量均无显著差异,表明复合微生态制剂对湖羊肝脏和心脏的正常功能无影响;(4)与对照组相比,处理组湖羊血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均有所提高,且丙二醛(MDA)均降低,说明3种微生态制剂饲喂湖羊,能够提高湖羊抗氧化能力;(5)复合酶制剂2组和复合酶制剂3组湖羊各养分表观消化率均有所提升,2组效果最佳,湖羊干物质、粗蛋白质、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率分别提高5.39%、14.35%、5.03%、12.82%和9.22%。综上,复合微生态制剂可以提高湖羊生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善免疫力和消化功能,且不同的菌种复配效果有所差异,为开发湖羊饲料复合微生态制剂提供了理论依据。
To evaluate the effects of three different compound microecological preparations on growth performance,serum indexes and nutrient apparent digestibility of Hu sheep,a total of 724-month-old female Hu sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group(CK group),compound enzyme preparation group 1,compound enzyme preparation group 2 and compound enzyme preparation group 3,with 3 pen replicates in each group and 6 sheep in each replicate.Each microecological preparation product was added according to the concentration of 5.0‰.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,each compound enzyme preparation group had a different level of weight gain,which increased by 29.25%,14.29%and 5.78%,respectively;(2)Compared with the control group,the contents of serum total protein,albumin,globulin and serum glucose of Hu sheep in the treatment group were increased,while the contents of serum cholesterol and urea nitrogen of Hu sheep were significantly decreased,indicating that the three kinds of microecological preparations could enhance the disease resistance and improve the metabolism of nutrients of Hu sheep;(3)Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in the contents of serum creatinine,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase of Hu sheep in the treatment group,indicating that the microecological preparation had no effect on the normal function of liver and heart of Hu sheep;(4)Compared with the control group,serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities were increased in the treatment group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased,indicating that the three kinds of microecological preparations could improve the antioxidant capacity of Hu sheep;(5)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of nutrients in groups 2 and 3 was improved,and the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of Hu sheep was increased by 5.39%,14.35%,5.03%,12.82%and 9.22%,respectively,in group 2.In conclusion,the compound microecological preparations could improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immunity and digestive function of Hu sheep,and the effects of different strains were different,which provide a theoretical basis for the development of compound microecological preparations for Hu sheep feed.
